New book by Scott Lynch?

So is it true or not. According to Amazon and a lot of different booksellers Lynch his new book, The Bastards and the Knives will come out at the first of November this year. Yet I have seen nothing on Lynch his own site nor on his publishers site about this book. So am I getting excited for nothing or will 2010 see at least one new book from one of my favourite authors come to pass?

I'm not seeing that title, all I see on Amazon is Republic of Thieves in Feb. of '11. I wouldn't put much stock in internet dates though, honestly. But I'm not really the person to quote.
Edit: I see it now, but Amazon is saying May '10. Lol. I don't know where on Amazon you saw November. I suggest you ignore it, and don't get excited until you have the book in your hand.

Well even Amazon is bit confused I think because according to Amazon UK the book will come out in November.

Based off the URL which says Omnibus, I'm going to go out on a limb here & suggest it could possibly be books 1 & 2 together in 1 volume. Maybe throw in a short story as well.

The Bastards and the Knives is a collection of two short stories which Lynch has been contracted to write for Subterranean Press. The original plan was that Sub Press would publish the shorts, followed by Gollancz and Bantam 18 months later. As of right now, Lynch has not even started writing the shorts. Sub Press then have to publish them and then, a year and a half later, we'll see the book. It's early posting on Amazon was a mistake.
The next book is The Republic of Thieves which is still on course for Spring 2011. It's unclear if Lynch is going to write the short stories next or will be going straight into working on the next novel in the series, or will proceed with both simultaneously.
We are, at the least, probably two years away from the book coming out and likely, given Lynch's recent difficulties, more than that.
