I think I found her. I saw this actress on Law & Order SVU the other night. Her name is Michelle Borth, does that look like Eretria or what? Its hard to tell because the photo is black and white, but her hair is jet black.

 Another good suggestion.
I can see Michelle Borth as Eretria. I can imagine her being playful and persistent in her pursuit of Wil Ohmsford.

and as far as megan fox goes. She is a beautiful girl, but I think it would fit Eretria's character to have more of an um, I guess you could say, ethnic look to her. Maybe more Native American or Latinish, IMO. Has anyone else imagined her that way?
I agree Griffonwing. The whole time I was reading Elfstones(By far my favorite book by Terry) I pictured Eretria as this beautiful Latina girl with dusky skin with raven dark hair and dark eyes. Sultry and wild and full of life. It would be awesome if they cast an unknown Gorgeous Latina actress for the part. Megan Fox is crazy hot but doesn't pull off how I pictured Eretria.
They defeated themselves, they kept it within, all swallowed whole by the roots of their sin.

Ya know, i think on a second thought Megan would be a better brin. I would like to see Camilla Belle or Nina Dobrev as Eretria i think anyways.

The only movie I saw Camilla Belle in was 10,000 B.C. and that was hardly a vehicle to show off her acting talent. And once again I have not witnessed Nina Dobrev's acting ability.
They certanly all have the looks for the part but I am afraid since I don't watch T.V, I am a little at a loss about thier respective acting ability.

Megan Fox is the first one i thought of for Eretria. she is beautiful yet she can be kind of tough and sexy.
 . This is one other person i thought of. Alexa Davalos, and i think Jamie bell could be Will?

I think she's got the right look for Eretria (but definitely not Brin!), but I don't think she's a great actress.
Someone on the IMDB suggested Jewel Staite (the mechanic in Firefly/Serenity) and I have to agree with them. 
She's pretty, a good actress and she has a playful quality to her. |
