So does anyone here play this game? I played a little back when it first came out and am thinking of trying it again. If anyone plays lemme know what server you're on and if you're Horde or Alliance, not certain but I might try it again.

I wish I could remember my account information!!!! I'd like to play it again but can't remember anything and trying to call Blizz tech support is like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

I quit for about a year and a half. Playing almost full-time again but without the raiding. I'm finding my enjoyment is up and stress level down.
Server I'm on is Malygos. I have one open character slot so if you guys decide to play I could join you and/or help you get started.  |

Are you playing the expansions? If I recall properly I bought the first expansion but not the second one.

I just got all three last night, might try getting on tonight. I believe if you're starting a new guy then you don't need the Lich King expansion right now.

Yeah if you want to play you really need all the expansions so I picked up Lich King when starting up again. Almost all my characters are Alliance side. Back in the day it was difficult moving gold and items between factions so it was just easier to play one side.

Hmm.. might as well just download it right away then. Hopefully by the time it is done I'll have gotten off the phone with Blizzard. I'll do some research on the type of character I want to build so I should be up and running tonight.

Yeah I have no idea what to start on, I'm leaning more towards the drenai thingy (the big blue guys with a tail) but I've always been partial to dwarves as well. Hmmmm.....

Druid - 1 healing tree, 1 damage/tanking tree, 1 spell damage tree (Night Elf) Priest - 1 healing tree, 1 damage tree, 1 pvp tree balanced with heal and damage (draenei or dwarf) Paladin - 1 tank tree, 1 damage tree, 1 healing tree (human or draenei) |

You can do a search for anyone in the guild Trials of Fortis. The only two active players in it are my gf and I. I need to run home at some point here and make some dinner. I should be on after that. Was going to take a nap but not overly sleepy now.
My most used characters are Syrril, Priestvito and Squishface if you want to add those to your friend list. |

hunters have 1 tree specifically for ranged damage with gun/bow. 2nd tree is less ranged damage with a more powerful pet. 3rd tree is a mix of melee/ranged damage. Dwarves get a slight gun bonus so that's probably the best race for hunters although there isn't much difference between races for them.
